Return Policy

At Red 1 Collective, we take pride in the quality of our apparel and artwork. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

 

Exceptions

We will only accept exchanges in the following cases:

1. Defective Items – If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect.

2. Incorrect Item – If you received the wrong item from your order.

 

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 30 days. Email us at info@red1collective.com . You may be required to send us more information regarding your item for exchange. 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required.

Once approved, we will exchange the defective/incorrect item for the correct one at no additional cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Limited-edition artwork/prints, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
